About The Role

The Client Success Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding our existing client relationships by becoming the go-to individual that helps our clients uncover and solve their business problems. The ideal candidate is process and KPI-oriented with a deep understanding of expanding relationships in the enterprise B2B space, along with the ability to build scalable processes and metrics for our CS team. You should be comfortable with solution selling in the data transformation and professional service space, thrive on growth, building demand, exceeding quotas, and developing our clients into megafans that want to invite us to family dinners.

Responsibilities for Customer Success Manager:

  • Establish clear retention and growth goals with process milestones for the client and employees to increase the Blue Orange footprint within existing clients
  • Collaborate with PMs to ensure our clients are getting everything they need
  • Promote an energetic fan base for Blue Orange
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of our offerings, assist customers with questions, and suggest the best products for their needs to ensure we upsell our services and products
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience
  • Assist in creating KPIs, CS playbooks, training courses, and educational materials for other members of the department
  • Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
  • Meet and exceed quotas by retaining and expanding our existing client base

Your Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of quota holding experience in enterprise sales and/or customer service
  • 2+ years of experience in a Client Success role
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, foster, and grow positive business relationships
  • Technical skills required to speak about data transformation, visualization, and machine learning projects in order to be credible in the space
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential
  • Experience in managing a diverse group of companies and training each according to our standards
  • Ability to establish milestones and keep all team members on task
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Customer Success department
  • Ability to navigate large, complex organizations
  • Small company experience is a plus
  • You must have the unrestricted right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
